– Long Kao Concept –
In the past, rice and grains were essential to
people. Not only rice was the main food, it also
related to beliefs. Rice always meant richness
and productivity. People would store rice and
grains in a placed called Lhong-Kao. Our dining
area is inspired by a Northern barn house
that belonged to ancient Lanna way of life.
All ingredients and vegetable are from local
farmers that we partner with to make sure
that they are planted by natural methods.
Our concept of cooking is derived from
mouth-watering homemade dishes that have
been passed on for generations. We have
collected all recipes from journeys all over.
Thailand. We intend to convey an unforgettable
story into each dish so that our guests can
experience the genuine taste of homemade cuisine.
Breakfast : 07:00 – 10:30 hrs.
Lunch and Dinner: 11:30-21:00 hrs.
